We stand behind the quality of our brewers and offer a 30-day return policy for any products purchased directly from our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your Moccamaster, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Brewer
Carefully place the brewer and all original accessories back into the original packaging to ensure the item is protected from damage during transit.
Ship to Moccamaster
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 14 days of receiving your RA number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically appearing within 5-10 business days.
